Mexico, Oct. 20 (Notimex).- From December 1, the Wingo airline will offer flights from Bogota, Colombia to Mexico City and Cancun.
The airline said in a statement that from that day it will take off to 16 cities in 10 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean, to bring all those who want to travel at low prices.
Bogota, Havana, Aruba, Punta Cana, San Andres, Panama City, Quito, Caracas and Cartagena, among others, are among the destinations where the airline will reach to.
Regarding the flights from Bogota to Mexico City, it reported that there will be four weekly flights on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, while the flight from Mexico City to Bogota will be available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Meanwhile, the Bogota-Cancun flight will have five weekly frequencies, and will be available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays, this last day there will be also a return flight.
The general director of Wingo, Catalina Breton, said that low prices added to the extensive route network make this airline a good choice for those who love to travel around the world.
"We came to offer a new way of flying to all who have been procrastinating their holiday or those who want to go to discover the B side of the best destinations in the region, those who want to grow their business without stop saving.
The manager stressed: "We will concentrate our efforts on maintaining low prices, that the flights meet the established routes and that travelers have a good vibe experience that want to share, recommend and repeat."
The Wingo airline has an initial fleet consisted of four Boeing 737-700 aircrafts, each with a capacity for 142 passengers in a single cabin.
