Queretaro to invest 56 million pesos in public works for the tourism sector

Queretaro, Mexico, May 19 (Notimex).- The government of Queretaro will invest 56 million pesos in public works related to the tourism sector, specifically in rehabilitation and improvement of infrastructure, with the aim of recovering the positioning nationwide.

During the inauguration of the Board of the College of Architects, state authorities said that the capital of Queretaro is already under remodeling and rehabilitation in the Garden Zenea, one of the most emblematic places of the local historic center.

In addition, the government works in communities and municipalities of clear tourist vocation, such as the Magic Towns Tequisquiapan and Bernal, Corregidora and Amealco.

It specified that the aim was to regain first place nationally for Querétaro as a destination with no beach, which was achieved after Easter this year, and now seeks to position the entity further as a place full of attractions for domestic and foreign visitors.
